Pre-Press

Years ago, before everything went digital, we prepared negatives and printing plates for use on the press. Today we electronically "strip" your pages together, do colour correction before the piece is on the press, fix any compositional errors or problems, and create a digital file that will then be sent directly to a printing plate.

REPRO - the bit between the designer and the press - is often a forgotten part of the process, especially with the advent of digital artwork.

Our experienced operators spot artwork that will not work in practice. We expect the unexpected and solve the problem, reducing the cost of any errors.

Our investment in the latest CTP plate setters allow printed images with much greater detail, sharper print quality and more control over variables such as dot gain and therefore colour.
